  • Service Not Initiated: If the advance payment is made but the service has not been initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Taxbezzie.com.

  • Duplicate Payment: If duplicate payments are made for the same service.

  • Technical Errors: In case of a verified technical error resulting in an incorrect or excess charge.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the eligible exceptions above, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Payment reference / receipt

  • Reason for the refund request

All requests will be reviewed, and you will be informed of the decision within 7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Cancellations
  • Users may request cancellation of services; however, advance payments will not be refunded if the service has already commenced.
